2. REGISTRATION FEES

Our Congress applies different registration fees for low, lower-middle/upper-middle, and high income countries regarding the World Bank classification.

2.1. Pre-Conference

FCEI 2026 includes a pre-conference in addition to the main-conference. The pre-conference is not included in the main conference registration fee.

The official language of this event is English. International Sign and English Speech to text interpreting will be provided throughout the entire congress. Austrian Sign Language ÖGS will be provided upon request.

5. PAYMENT

Kindly notice that for registrations completed till end of December 2025, we will send you an invoice only in 2026. For all registrations completed as of January 2026, you will receive your registration invoice as soon as possible after your online registration.

Please note that the fee must be paid by the time you arrive in Bad Ischl.

No cash deposits are accepted and no late payments.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Cancellation policy

A cancellation will only be accepted in written form (via email at [email protected]).

If cancelled before 30th April 2026 (date of receipt), the congress fee minus € 35,00 handling fee will be refunded.
If cancelled between 1st May and 31st May 2026, 50 % of the congress fee will be refunded.
If cancelled from 1st June 2026 or no participation in the event, no registration fee will be refunded and therefore an invoice will be placed.

Subject to alterations

The organiser explicitly reserves the right of changes of the lecturers and chairpersons over the actual programme. This will provide no right to withdraw from the congress participation or the reduction of the congress fee.

Photos and video recording during the conference

Participants accept that all pictures and recordings, which have been taken during the conference, may be used by FCEI International for reporting purposes, printed and online publications and dissemination purposes. If you do not want your photos to be published, please let us know in advance [email protected]

Video recording of presentations and their online publication from congress delegates is not allowed.

8. ACCOMMODATION

We recommend that you reserve your hotel in Bad Ischl as early as possible. This year, we have reserved a certain number of rooms for our participants in the nearest hotels. To make it easier for you, the Kongresshaus will take care of the reservations. I agree that my personal data given in the above registration form will be processed by the Institute of Neurology of Senses and Language and Hospital St. John of God, Linz, Austria for administrative purposes and stored for a period of 7 years. Personal data will be stored and processed electronically by the event organisers but not passed on to third parties, except to the Congress House for hotel reservation. I agree that my contact details are used by the event organisers for future FCEI related communication. Photographs and videos will be taken during the conference. I agree that the images may be used for conference reports, the website and subsequent advertising.
